wayne is on bourbon street tonight. ken tells us it is a mad house there right now. >> a mystery as to the body of a teenage girl was found. her body was discovered at alan witt park. you've gotten new information from business police about that body that was found. >> reporter: we just talked to fairfield police who are in town because of this case. they confirmed that the body found was that of a girl who was reported missing yesterday evening about 5:45. this is a park where she was found. sheps found over there in that parking area kind of near the garbage cans down there. police are try to figure out exactly what happened and who indeed she was. they're not confirming exactly who she was to us. we are at alan witt community park. it was about 6:45 this morning when a passer by spotted the body and reported it to police. the parking lot and park was cordoned off. police would not describe the body other than to say there were no obvious signs of trauma. this afternoon they did say her body was found naked. they add that she was light skinned and could have been anywhere between

always cause a good conversation among us and our viewers. this is the aftermath of a fight in sandusky, ohio police were called to. you see this man, mckenzie short, 16 years old. police have him in custody. apparently when they showed up he admitted to having a night on him. police are like, all right, you're under arrest, but he doesn't go quiet. >> you're arresting me, read me my rights. read me my [ bleep ] rights! >> mr. short is very upset, demanding the officers read him his rights. apparently you don't have to have your miranda rights read to you if you're just under arrest. apparently if you're being questioned you read them the rights. obviously, the officers tell him, he' going to ta >> doesn't matter how big you are, it's tough to withstand the force of a taser. officers say they were justified in this situation, he was resisting arrest and they did it for his safety and their own. i got to disagree with the officers on this one. once he saw the taser he said, i'm getting in, i'm getting in, and then they tased him, and he's handcuffed. >> i'm with you on this one.
